Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Bath and work across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding area. If you are unsure whether we cover your postcode, ask and we will tell you straight away.
Can you work on listed and period homes?
Yes. In older Bath homes, pipe routes, flues and outdoor units need careful thought. Listed buildings and conservation areas can need permission for some changes, and we will flag what may apply at survey.
Can you work with my builder on an extension or renovation?
Yes. Heating, cooling and underfloor heating are easiest to get right when they are planned early, so bring us in before the layout is fixed.
Is Greens + an insurance policy?
No. Greens + is a planned care plan for your systems, built around regular servicing. It is not insurance and does not promise unlimited repairs. Full terms are confirmed when you enquire.
Should I choose a heat pump or a new boiler?
It depends on the house, your budget and your plans. We will give you an honest comparison, and we are happy to recommend a boiler if that is the better choice for now.
